My name is Brittany and I blog over at GOtheXtraMile.
I blog about fitness, healthy food, tips, my life, and everything in between!
On the foodie front, the recipes I provide are ones that anyone can make. Since I am a college student, I know that it isn’t possible to make in depth recipes every night. I won’t lie, I am fairly new at cooking myself, so everything I make isn’t too hard.
I love making recipes from other bloggers as well as experimenting in the kitchen. I try to eat clean for the most part but I definitely indulge when I want to.
On the fitness front, I love everything about it. Literally everything. I love running, weight training, fitness classes, spinning, bikram yoga, and much more.
I am actually running my first half marathon, the Disney Princess Half, at the end of February! I recently fell in love with running and I still have so many other things I want to try. Changing up my workout routine and keeping my body guessing is key.
I am a firm believer in balance. Exercising and resting go hand in hand as well as clean eats and splurging a bit.
