
Hello Fitbloggers, my name is Jodie and I am a Personal Trainer and a Pilates Instructor as well as being Certified in the Pink Ribbon Program which is a system of Pilates based exercises designed for post- operative breast cancer recovery. I have a passion for healthy living and fitness. I think it is important to include different forms of exercises in your routine. So I will often post different exercise routines, such as a No Excuses workout, a Pilates mat routine using props etc.
