Keep Moving Forward

What was the last goal you set? Was it a New Years Resolution? Was it to lose 5lbs? Run a Marathon?  Take daily notes of things that you are thankful for? These are all things that I have tackled at one point or another and I am sure many of you have too.

Goals. We have all been told that we need to have them, so many of us swiftly set them, but reaching them is the demanding part. In the end what it all really comes down to, is the need to Keep Moving Forward. Endurance and perseverance is really the key to life.

We all know that life can be hard and reaching your goals is challenging – there is always going to be something that wants to get in your way. Whether it is an ice cream sandwich, the hard hill on your run, or the doubtful thoughts that creep into your mind telling you that you can’t . We all have to find that little bit inside of us that helps us to continue forward motion toward our target.

Keep Moving Forward is a blog written to inspire all of us to keep pushing ahead in each aspect of life – health, fitness and happiness! When you visit you’ll see healthy twists on meals that I make (or sometimes just absolute scrumptious ones, too). As well as journeys of all running distances from 5k to the full marathon, everything in between and possibly beyond. But a balanced gal doesn’t stop there – I often will throw in an adventure with hiking, biking, tossing around some weights, or even dancing!

Through my experiences I will share with you my mistakes as well as my successes in reaching my goals and will hopefully help inspire you to keep crusading for yours as well… or at least not repeat my mistakes! I hope to show that joy can be found in all things, even when you least expect it, and that life is ready to give you everything that you are willing to take from it!

Happy Reading I’m off for a run!
