Naan Pizza

Naan Pizza is a quick and easy way to get a healthy meal without having to wait for the delivery man to show up.  I got the idea from Jason at Cook Train Eat Race and developed my own…..isn’t that what we are supposed to do with recipes?

Naan pizza.  I started with pre-packaged Naan and heated the oven to 415*.
Mix 1/2 cup of ricotta with 1/4 cup of pesto for the sauce.

Then, I topped the pizza with spinach and broccoli.  The other pizza had turkey sausage and dried tomatoes. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, then top with mozzarella for an additional 3-5 min or until Naan turns golden brown.

Slice it up and chow!
What would you add to your Naan Pizza?  Have you ever heard of Naan Pizza?
