As a working mom of 2 very busy boys, I understand how hard it is to find the time and motivation to work out. I’m either too tired to get up early, or run out of time at the end of the day. But that’s when you have to pull from deep inside yourself and remember what your goals are and this is how to achieve them.
PAMdemonium provides a look into my life, showing my triumphs and challenges with my training and in my life in general. I blog about how well each week went with my training, and if any challenges came up. Since I know how much inspiration and motivation helps me, I like to provide a weekly inspiration blog.
I also want my readers to emphasize the good things in their life, and not dwell on the bad. Because of this I feature a Fabulous Friday blog every week. During this post I encourage everyone to share everything fabulous in their life. It’s not good to dwell on the bad, and we can only succeed and improve if we focus on the good in our life.
