Are you a mom? Wife? Or someone who likes to be active daily? Piper’s Run (http://pipersrun.com ) is about being a mom to a toddler,
wife to a vegan husband, working out and running, working full time and more recently pregnancy #2 and trying to balance it all.
I’ve been active my whole life, play competitive sports (soccer, volleyball and badminton) and have managed to incorporate my love for being active into a full time job, as a Physical Activity Coordinator within the Province I live in. Piper’s Run is a way for me to be accountable, not only to myself but those following my blog.
I have a 2 year old daughter and write about the Up’s and Down’s of having a toddler and more recently about being pregnant and staying active for 9 months. Being active is an important part of my life and value the outcomes of a healthy lifestyle.
My husband is a Vegan, which I try to manage by making meals that appeal to him, our toddler, throughout this current pregnancy and beyond. I like to share my vegan recipes and workout routine’s, my experience running and training along with encouraging others to be active daily.
Piper’s Run is about sharing experiences, knowledge and motivation that mother’s, fathers – really any individual can fit physical activity into their daily lifestyle.
