As a Holistic Nutrition Counselor, triathlete, writer, and mother of two, I have experienced all of the above myself. The difference is, I did something about it. And it sucked. It was hard and I didn’t like it at times, but this thought always came to mind: God gave me this body and this mind and I owe it to HIM to ROCK it for all it’s worth.
